Process

Diagnose, build, prove. The same three steps on every project, whether it is a new platform or a rescue of one that is already live.

Name your number

Process
  1. 01

    Diagnose

We read the code that's already there, not the deck about it. Then we agree on the one metric we'll be judged on, and measure it.

  2. 02

    Build

Production software, not mockups of it. We test the ugly path before we polish the happy one, and ship small and correct over large and hopeful.

  3. 03

    Prove

We report against the baseline after launch. If the number didn't move, the engagement isn't finished.

What happens at each step

01 · Diagnose

  • Read the existing code, data and hosting, not only the brief.
  • Agree the one metric the work will be judged on, and how it is measured.
  • Record the baseline before anything changes.

02 · Build

  • Ship working software in small, reviewable steps.
  • Test the failure paths (bad input, slow networks, failed payments) before polishing the happy path.
  • Keep the code readable for whoever maintains it after us.

03 · Prove

  • Measure the agreed metric after launch, against the recorded baseline.
  • If the number has not moved, the engagement is not finished.
  • Hand over documentation and access so the team owns what was built.
Questions about the process

Anything else, ask directly at hi@digi.ai.in.

What kind of metric do you agree on?

One your business already reports on: checkout response time, Core Web Vitals, failed jobs, uptime, leads from search. It is written down with its baseline before the build starts.

What happens if the number does not move?

The engagement is not finished. We keep working against the agreed target, as set out at the start.

Can you take over a project another team started?

Yes. The diagnose step exists for exactly that: we read what is there before proposing anything.
